Your light is YOU. It's a direct experience of your TRUE SELF that's revealed when we peel back all the layers that are NOT YOU like your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions, your conditioning, etc.
REIKI IS A FAVE
On my journey, I've found Reiki to be the most effective system for helping me realign with my truth. While it's not all I use, it plays a role in how I show up for you.
